Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,550 – $1,630
• Location: Hendersonville, TN 37075 (Nashville area)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (February 16, 2026 – May 18, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse
• Setting: Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) unit at an acute care hospital
• On-Site Position

Travel RN Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a compact state license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg (medical/surgical) nursing experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently as a travel nurse
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on the medical/surgical unit as a Registered Nurse
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult Med/Surg patients
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment for staff and patients
