- Job Title: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse – Night Shift (Travel Nurse)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,180 - $2,300
- Location: South Weymouth, MA (02190) — South Shore / near Boston, Massachusetts
- Contract Duration: 10 weeks (April 6, 2026 – June 14, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (travel nurse / emergency nursing job)
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department (ED) setting — prior ER RN or emergency nurse experience required
- Current Massachusetts RN license required at submission
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must not expire within 30 days of start)
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills for emergency care
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary ED team
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department (ER)
- Triage, assess, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions
- Perform rapid clinical assessments, initiate emergency interventions, and assist with procedures as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care, interventions, and clinical changes in the medical record
- Follow department policies, attendance guidelines, and call-out procedures
