- Job Title: Travel RN Supervisor / House Supervisor – Nursing Administration
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
- Location: Lander, WY 82520 (Wyoming travel nursing / healthcare jobs)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 12, 2026 – July 11, 2026)
- Shift: 12 Hour Nights (19:00 – 07:00) — Night Shift RN
- Hours per Week: 36
- Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse
Job Requirements (Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor)
- Minimum 2 years of House Supervisor or Nursing Administration experience in a hospital setting — clinical leadership and nurse management experience preferred
- Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state (compact) RN license (must be attached to resume)
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC (American Heart Association credentials required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; experience with staff scheduling, performance management, and clinical supervision
- Knowledge of state board of nursing regulations, hospital policies, and quality/safety standards
Responsibilities (Nursing Administration • Clinical Supervision)
- Manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning for patient care areas as the RN Supervisor / House Supervisor
- Direct and develop nursing staff: selection, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and staff while promoting patient-centered care
- Write, update, and maintain nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Ensure adherence to state board of nursing rules and hospital regulatory requirements
- Monitor and maintain documentation, supplies, and clinical equipment for safe and efficient operations
- Promote a compassionate environment and encourage patient independence through education and counseling
- Resolve patient needs using multidisciplinary strategies and maintain a safe, clean working environment
- Foster cooperative relationships among healthcare teams through effective communication and team-building
