Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 – $2,600
- Location: Aberdeen, WA 98520 (Pacific Northwest travel nursing)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (March 31, 2026 – June 30, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour days (06:45 – 19:15)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Role / Setting: House Supervisor – Nursing Division (RN Supervisor / Charge Nurse)
- Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse
Qualifications – Registered Nurse (RN) / Travel Nurse Requirements
- Current RN license in Washington or compact/multi-state RN license with required verifications
- Completion of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
- Verification of demographics via Nursys
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- At least 1 year demonstrated nursing leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Meditech experience helpful but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and intervention skills when working with staff, patients, families, and medical staff
Key Responsibilities – Nurse Supervisor / Clinical Leadership
- Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels across clinical departments (staffing coordination)
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff during shifts
- Respond to and manage urgent situations, escalations, and interventions as needed
- Promote a collaborative, positive work environment and teamwork across disciplines
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
