• Shift: 12-hour days (06:45 – 19:15)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Role / Setting: House Supervisor – Nursing Division (RN Supervisor / Charge Nurse)
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse

Qualifications – Registered Nurse (RN) / Travel Nurse Requirements

• Current RN license in Washington or compact/multi-state RN license with required verifications
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
• Verification of demographics via Nursys
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• At least 1 year demonstrated nursing leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• Meditech experience helpful but not required
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and intervention skills when working with staff, patients, families, and medical staff

Key Responsibilities – Nurse Supervisor / Clinical Leadership

• Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels across clinical departments (staffing coordination)
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff during shifts
• Respond to and manage urgent situations, escalations, and interventions as needed
• Promote a collaborative, positive work environment and teamwork across disciplines
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
