- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026)
- Shift: Day Shift
- Shift Duration: 12-hour days
- Hours per Week (scheduled): 36

Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Active NH license and certification to practice nuclear medicine required (NMTCB or ARRT(N) preferred)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred
- Demonstrated experience with SPECT/CT imaging and radiopharmaceutical handling
- Strong technical, computer, and PACS/DICOM skills preferred
- Knowledge of radiation safety practices and ALARA principles
- Excellent communication, patient-care, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodation if disabled
Responsibilities
- Prepare, measure, and administer radiopharmaceuticals orally, by injection, or inhalation for diagnostic imaging procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including SPECT/CT scanners; ensure proper calibration and quality control
- Explain nuclear medicine procedures to patients, answer questions, and ensure patient comfort and safety during scans
- Acquire and process images, produce computer-generated DICOM images, and transfer studies to PACS for physician interpretation
- Maintain accurate records and logs of radiopharmaceuticals, dose administration, and radiation safety documentation
- Follow radiation safety protocols to protect staff, patients, and the public from unnecessary exposure (ALARA)
- Stay current with advances in nuclear medicine technology and participate in continuing education
- Support and promote the mission, values, and patient-centered care standards of the healthcare facility
