• Shift: Night shift, Wednesday–Friday, 3 x 12-hour shifts (18:00 – 06:30)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech / Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in a hospital setting
• Radiology/Cardiology certification required (e.g., RDMS, RDCS, ARRT(S) or equivalent)
• Active license or eligibility to practice in North Carolina (must be valid at time of submission)
• Two supervisory references required
• Copy of certifications and credentials must be provided with application

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound imaging procedures for hospital patients, including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and cardiac studies as required
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment safely and effectively; troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and diagnostic decision-making
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance
