• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,320 – $2,440
• Job Title: Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) / GI Lab Nurse – Travel Nurse

• Setting: Acute Care – Endoscopy / GI Lab (5 endoscopy suites)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (travel nursing contract)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (varies between 8am–4pm and 9am–5pm)
• Shift Duration: 8 hours per shift
• Call Requirements: Weekends, holidays, and weeknights on rotation (typically 3 days per month and 1 weekend per month)
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes (flexible)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS Certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Endoscopy / GI Lab experience (circulating nurse experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of endoscopy procedures and equipment (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, hemorrhoid banding)
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is a plus
• Ability to circulate intra-operatively (non-sedation circulating role)
• Must submit active driver’s license at time of application

Responsibilities

• Circulate intra-operatively for endoscopy and GI procedures (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, hemorrhoid banding)
• Provide high-quality patient care with a 1 RN per room model across five suites
• Collaborate with surgical techs, gastroenterologists, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in scheduled call rotation for weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic and facility charting protocols
• Adhere to department dress code (scrubs provided in-house) and unit safety standards
• Complete unit-specific travel nurse orientation and competency validation upon start
