Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of direct Cath Lab Technologist experience (cardiac catheterization/interventional cardiology)
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with fluoroscopy, radiation safety, sterile technique, and cath lab imaging equipment
• Strong clinical documentation and protocol compliance skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from Springfield, IL
• Availability to start on April 20, 2026 and complete a 13-week travel assignment

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and clinical team during cardiac catheterization and other interventional cardiac procedures
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain Cath Lab imaging equipment and monitors
• Prepare sterile instrument trays and ensure adherence to sterile technique
• Monitor patient status, assist with patient positioning, and provide intra-procedural support as needed
• Perform accurate documentation in electronic medical records and follow hospital policies and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with interventional cardiology teams to deliver high-quality patient care
