Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,900 – $2,000
• Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 (Buckhead area)
• Setting: Breast Care Center – Operating Room (perioperative/surgical nursing)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
• Shift: Day shift, 8-hour (6:30am–3:00pm), Monday–Friday
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel RN / Travel Operating Room RN

Required Qualifications (OR RN / Perioperative Nurse)

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience, preferably in breast care or surgical specialties
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of practice)
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
• Experience circulating in the operating room (perioperative circulation)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• No local candidates within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA (per assignment guidelines)

Primary Responsibilities (OR RN / Surgical Nurse)

• Circulate in the operating room for breast care surgical procedures as a perioperative nurse
• Provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team
• Maintain a safe, sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Accurately document patient information, operative details, and perioperative care
• Support patients and families with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication
