Job Details

• Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) / Critical Care RN — Travel Nurse
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,620 - $1,700
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), rotating weekends — night shift ICU RN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (must meet state licensure requirements)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience — critical care or intensive care unit experience preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (travel nurse eligibility)
• Availability for night shifts and rotating weekends

Responsibilities — ICU RN / Critical Care RN

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition and escalating per protocol
• Administer medications, infusions, and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation, including electronic medical records, and uphold patient safety best practices
• Float to other units as needed to support facility operations and deliver flexible clinical coverage
