Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN / perioperative nursing experience
• Experience with Meditech EMR required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Trauma and vascular OR experience preferred
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and easy-going personality suited for fast-paced surgical environments

Key Responsibilities (OR RN / Perioperative Nurse)

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room during night shifts as a perioperative/OR RN
• Assist with a wide variety of surgical procedures (excluding burns, transplants, and hearts)
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams including RNs, surgical techs, and providers
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Meditech EMR
• Respond to trauma cases and participate in on-call rotations as needed
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and unit-specific guidelines
