Job Requirements

• Active RN license in New Jersey (or compact state eligibility) — RN license New Jersey preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
• Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to a dynamic, high-acuity ED environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care as an ER / ED Registered Nurse
• Assess, triage, and manage patients with acute, urgent, and critical conditions
• Provide bedside care, interventions, and medications per physician orders
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Perform accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Provide clear communication, support, and education to patients and families during stressful situations
