Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370 (competitive travel RN pay)
• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 — University Circle area: museums, dining, parks; great Cleveland healthcare community
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 5, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour days, Saturday and Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) plus one on-call weekend night — weekend travel nursing schedule
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-site

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Interventional Radiology RN (IR RN) certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza, Physical/Health Statement, TB/PPD)
• Successful completion of skills checklist, competency exam, and core competencies
• Background check, fingerprinting, and education/employment verification
• Driver's License or State ID required for credential submission
• Preferred: experience with angiography, vascular access, conscious sedation, fluoroscopy, and EMR documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures in a Level One Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Assist with CT- and ultrasound-guided procedures and support angiographic/vascular interventions
• Monitor patient status, recognize complications, and respond to emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with interventional radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, manage vascular access, and support conscious sedation per hospital protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
• Participate in scheduled weekend shifts and assigned on-call responsibilities
