Join a dynamic Interventional Radiology team in Cleveland, Ohio (44106) for a rewarding 13-week travel contract. As an IR RN, you'll work in a state-of-the-art department featuring two body IR suites, two neuro IR suites, one CT, and one ultrasound interventional room, plus a 12-bed Pre/Post area with a supportive 3:1 patient ratio. Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 — Cleveland healthcare jobs / Ohio nursing jobs
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 Hour Days (07:30 AM – 06:00 PM)
• On-Call Requirement: 2 weekends (Sat-Sun) and 1 weeknight per month
• Employment Type: Travel (Travel Nurse / IR RN travel contract)

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Interventional Radiology specialty preferred)
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology or a similar acute care/procedural setting
• Current BLS certification
• Required onboarding documentation: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, Influenza Vaccine, Physical/Health Statement, Ohio Fingerprints, Education & Employment Verification, Skills Checklist, Driver's License/State ID, Criminal Background Check, Competency Exam, Core Competencies, Badge Photo, Drug Screen, OIG Search, SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC, Module Completion Certificate

Responsibilities

• Float between Pre/Post area and procedure rooms as needed — provide both pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care
• Deliver high-quality interventional radiology nursing care to patients undergoing IR, CT- and US-guided procedures
• Monitor and assess patient status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, including vital signs, hemodynamic monitoring and observation for contrast reactions
• Assist physicians and technologists during vascular and neurointerventional procedures, maintaining sterile technique and safe patient positioning
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and IR nursing standards
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams
