Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,720 – $1,850
• Location: Outpatient Rehab Services, Cumming, GA 30041

• Shift: 10-hour days, Monday–Friday (8:00am–6:15pm; hours may vary based on department needs)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience (outpatient preferred) — experience in outpatient therapy or specialty clinics is a plus
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Georgia (OT license required)
• AHA BLS certification required
• Lymphedema certification required
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and skilled intervention
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and specialty clinicians to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary rehab care
• Apply specialty skills in lymphedema management, wound care, vestibular therapy, aquatics, sports rehabilitation, and Parkinson's disease treatment as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals and patient-centered outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with the rehab team and referring providers
• Maintain compliance with departmental policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
