Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (2 years preferred) – outpatient or mixed caseload experience preferred.
• Valid PT license in Kansas or compact state license (licensed physical therapist).
• Relevant therapy/rehabilitation certification or clinical training.
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered).
• 1 professional reference required; resume and current license must be submitted.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services and occasional inpatient rehabilitation care.
• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and modalities as indicated.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Float to different units as needed to support patient care and participate in orientation and ongoing professional development.

• Experience with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and post-operative rehabilitation.
