- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260 - $2,430
- Position: Travel Radiologic Technologist / IR Technologist
- Location: Greenville, SC (29605) — Greenville healthcare jobs, South Carolina imaging jobs
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 27, 2026)
- Shift: Day shifts, 5x8-hour (07:00 – 15:30); 40 hours/week
- Call: One night of call per week and every 7th weekend
- Setting: Interventional Radiology Unit (IR)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract — radiology travel jobs
Required Qualifications
- ARRT(R) (Radiography) certification required — Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures (IR technologist experience preferred)
- Experience with EPIC documentation system (1 year required) — EPIC experience preferred for radiology roles
- BLS and ACLS current certifications required
- Valid South Carolina Radiology license required
- Ability to float to other qualified units/campuses as needed
- Influenza vaccine required (no exemptions)
- First-time travel technologists may be considered based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic angiography, stent placement, embolization, percutaneous biopsies and drainages
- Maintain sterile technique and scrub for procedures when required; assist physicians during IR cases
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment (Hybrid OR, Siemens, Philips, 3D imaging systems, PACS)
- Prepare and access vascular/other access sites, circulate in procedure rooms, and manage inventory and supplies
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC and ensure safe medication management with Omnicell
- Provide compassionate care across all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, PT, RT, pharmacy and nursing to support patient outcomes
- Participate in call rotation and float to other units as required
