Emergency Room RN (Travel Nurse) – Granbury, TX | 13-week nights; active RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS (or ENPC/TNCC), 2+ years ER experience.

Job Details – Travel Nursing Job
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 – $1,650
- Location: Granbury, TX 76048 (North Texas travel nursing opportunity)
- Setting: Emergency Department – 10-room, 19-bed/chair unit
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45 – 07:15)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Patient Ratio: 3:1 or 4:1
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue
- Electronic Medical Record: MEDHOST EMR
Qualifications – Emergency Department RN / Travel RN Requirements
- Active RN licensure (compact license accepted where applicable)
- Current BLS and ACLS; PALS or ENPC and TNCC certifications (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Department (ED/ER) nursing experience
- Travel nursing experience preferred (travel RN, ER RN)
- Experience with trauma, stroke, and chest pain protocols
- Immunization titers must be in hand at time of submission
- Permanent home address and Social Security number required for submission
- Must reside more than 50 miles from facility for travel contract eligibility
Responsibilities – Emergency Department RN Duties
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with trauma, stroke, chest pain, and other acute conditions
- Initiate emergency interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately using MEDHOST EMR
- Follow facility protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based ED practices
- Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients and families during critical events
