• Location: Easton, Pennsylvania (zip code 18045) — Lehigh Valley / Northampton County
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,990 - $2,140
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36 (on-site)
• Shift: Clinic float schedule; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Start Date: 4/27/2026 or 5/4/2026

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) in clinical settings
• NICU experience required — experience with neonatal physical therapy / NICU patient care
• Active, valid Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania (PT)
• Ability to float between multiple clinic locations (Anderson, Easton, Upper Bucks, Grand View)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary care
• Comfortable participating in weekend and holiday rotations

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services across outpatient clinics and deliver specialized care for NICU patients
• Float between Anderson, Easton, Upper Bucks, and Grand View clinics as scheduled
• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, physicians, respiratory therapy, social work) to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) and adhere to clinic protocols and regulatory standards
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations and support clinic coverage needs
