Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 6-week travel contract in Exeter, NH. Overnight LPN role requiring active New Hampshire LPN license and current BLS. Great opportunity for LPNs seeking travel nursing, long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience.

Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,280 – $1,350
• Location: Exeter, NH 03833 (Exeter, Rockingham County, New Hampshire)
• Facility Type: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Contract Duration: 6 weeks (April 6, 2026 – May 18, 2026)
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (19:00 – 07:30) — Night Shift LPN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel LPN Position

Job Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar geriatric care setting
• Comfortable working night shifts and able to adapt to a fast-paced LTC environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Experience with medication administration, charting/EHR, and basic wound care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused nursing care in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policies
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, changes, and progress in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social services) to ensure high-quality care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and bedside care as needed
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote safety and well-being
