Top Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (critical care nurse experience)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced ICU environment
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to patients in the ICU
• Continuously monitor patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and respond to emergencies promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed, following ICU protocols
• Accurately document assessments, nursing interventions, and patient outcomes in the medical record
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families during critical illness
