Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 – $2,600
• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (Northeast Massachusetts)
• Setting: Emergency Department / ER
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 1, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend
• Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel Contract (ER RN)
• Facility Notes: May float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed; part of Beth Israel Lahey Health network (no work at system within last 6 months)

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience (ER RN, Emergency Department Nurse)
• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission (Massachusetts nursing jobs, Beverly MA)
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; PALS or ENPC (equivalency) and TNCC preferred
• EPIC EMR / EPIC charting experience required
• Proven ability to independently read and interpret cardiac monitor strips (no monitor techs)
• Successful completion of day one pass/fail test at orientation; Relias testing during onboarding (2 attempts)
• Must not have worked at Beth Israel Lahey Health within the last 6 months

Emergency Department Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department (ER)
• Perform rapid assessment, triage, and management of acute and urgent patient needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per orders, including IV therapy and emergency meds
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry independently
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely using EPIC EMR
• Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed to support regional patient care and staffing
