Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,670 - $1,760
• Role: Travel Endoscopy RN / Endoscopy Registered Nurse
• Location: Weatherford, TX (Main Hospital, 1st Floor)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 27, 2026)
• Shift: 8-hour days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call Requirement: 1 weekend per month, 1-2 weeknights per week

Endoscopy RN Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Texas or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of endoscopy experience required
• Ability to circulate and scrub endoscopy cases; experience processing scopes
• Shift flexibility and willingness to float to pre-op/PACU as needed
• Experience with Olympus scopes and towers, Medivator scope processing, and EMR systems (Meditech and Provation) preferred
• Friendly personality with excellent bedside manner; strong communication and teamwork skills

Endoscopy Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for endoscopy procedures, including EGD, colonoscopy, and ERCP
• Circulate and scrub endoscopy cases; process scopes using established protocols
• Maintain appropriate patient ratios in the endoscopy suites and ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, techs, and physicians to deliver high-quality gastroenterology care
• Float to pre-op/PACU based on experience and unit needs
• Demonstrate flexibility with varying daily case volumes and shift times and uphold unit guidelines and hospital policies
