Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,420 - $2,550
• Position: Homecare Registered Nurse / Home Health RN (Travel Assignment)
• Location: Spokane Valley, WA (Zip: 99212) – Spokane County home health jobs
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 12, 2026)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• On-call/Weekend: 1 weekend rotation per month
• Territory: Spokane County – home visits throughout Spokane Valley and surrounding communities

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience as a Home Health Nurse or Homecare RN
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Experience with HCHB EMR system required
• Ability to meet productivity standards (6 visit points per day)
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits; prior travel RN or contract home health experience

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings throughout Spokane County as a Home Health RN
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans using OASIS standards
• Document patient visits accurately and timely in HCHB EMR
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, families, and community resources
• Manage caseload efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards (visit points)
• Participate in scheduled weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities as assigned
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, agency, and home health documentation standards
