• Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) / Critical Care RN
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience (critical care experience preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in fast-paced intensive care unit environments
• Strong assessment, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and document clinical progress
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced interventions per ICU protocols
• Monitor hemodynamic status, ventilator settings, and critical care parameters
• Respond to emergencies, participate in codes, and follow established critical care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members
• Provide patient and family education, support, and clear communication during critical care episodes
