• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse (Travel RN)

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in good standing — Med/Surg RN / Travel RN candidates welcome
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Experience in Emergency Room, Med-Surg Peds, Ortho, Mother/Baby, and Adult units preferred — ED nurse and Med/Surg experience beneficial
• Current BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, teamwork, clinical assessment, and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in Med/Surg and Emergency Department settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population — triage, clinical assessment, and care coordination
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, ancillary staff) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner in the medical record
• Respond to emergencies, provide clinical support as needed, and assist with ED patient flow
• Participate in holiday and weekend coverage as part of the rotation
