• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 – $2,600

• Unit: Medical Surgical J4 Dennett, Cardiac Telemetry (28 beds)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 5/4/2026 – End: 8/1/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Average Hours Per Week: 36
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Equipment / Systems: Nihon Kohden telemetry, EPIC EMR

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience — Cardiac Telemetry experience preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with cardiac drips (nitro, amio, dilt, bumex) and post-cardiac cath care
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• Ability to pass day-one telemetry testing
• Comfortable floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital if needed
• Highly prefers prior travel nursing experience
• Must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months to be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a Cardiac Telemetry unit
• Monitor telemetry systems and manage cardiac drips per protocol (Nihon Kohden)
• Care for patients following cardiac catheterization (post-cardiac cath care)
• Maintain a 4:1 patient ratio as assigned
• Document accurately and timely using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed and participate in weekend night rotations (Sat & Sun)
