Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,290 - $2,410
• Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) — diagnostic and interventional cardiology support
• Schedule: 3 days/week, 10-hour shifts (option to pick up a 4th shift if patient schedule allows)
• Duration: 52-week contract
• Start Date: March 22, 2026

Key Qualifications (Cath Lab RN / Cardiac Cath Lab RN)

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience with cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and procedural support in a Cath Lab setting
• Strong patient assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills for peri-procedural care

Responsibilities

• Assist team during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures (pre-, intra-, and post-procedure)
• Monitor and assess patient condition, including hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Prepare patients and equipment for Cath Lab procedures, maintain sterile technique and procedural safety
• Administer medications as ordered and manage sedation/analgesia per protocol
• Provide post-procedure care and recovery monitoring, including patient education and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality cardiac care
