• Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC), Evening Shift
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,390 - $1,460
• Location: Rochester, NH 03867 — Rochester, New Hampshire (Lakes Region)
• Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility
• Contract Duration: 7 weeks (April 2, 2026 – May 21, 2026)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8.5-hour Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Schedule: Every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; additional 3-11 hours available for pickup
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel LPN / Temporary Nursing Job

Job Requirements (LPN Qualifications)

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire (NH)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate approach to resident care and ability to support activities of daily living
• Basic life support (BLS) preferred or willing to obtain

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility protocols
• Monitor and accurately document resident health status, changes, and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social services) to ensure quality care
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote comfort and well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
