• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,160 – $2,320
• Location: Olympia, WA 98506 (Olympia, Washington | Puget Sound / Pacific Northwest)
• Role: Hospital MRI Technologist / MRI Tech (Travel)
• Setting: Hospital Diagnostic Imaging – Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
• Shift: 4x10-hour Weekday Nights (Monday–Thursday, 17:30–03:30) — Night shift MRI technologist role
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call: No call required

Job Requirements (MRI Technologist Qualifications)

• Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience (hospital or diagnostic imaging)
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications required
• Washington State MRI license required (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• First-time travel MRI techs accepted; locals within 50 miles not eligible for travel contract
• All requested time off must be included with your application

Responsibilities – MRI Tech / MRI Technologist

• Perform MRI procedures including patient setup, scanning protocols, image acquisition, and image processing
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain MR and auxiliary equipment
• Administer contrast agents and manage IV contrast protocols per facility policy
• Perform quality control checks and document/report results
• Maintain daily MRI schedules, coordinate with technologist team, and assist radiologists with exams
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, ordering physicians, patients, and families
• Ensure MRI safety and produce high-quality diagnostic images following ACR guidelines and MRI safety best practices
