• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Circulator / Travel Nurse
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,400 - $2,520

• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (07:00 - 17:00)

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience as a circulating RN (perioperative nursing)
• Valid Washington RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Competency circulating total joint cases, robotic general and urology procedures, laparoscopic general, GYN, and colorectal cases independently
• Experience with Epic charting system and computerized documentation
• Demonstrated ability to schedule surgical cases and circulate across multiple service lines
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Operating Room for a wide range of surgical procedures including general, orthopedic (total joints), spine, thoracic, urology, robotic, laparoscopic, GYN, and colorectal surgeries
• Manage infection control practices, blood product/cell saver coordination, specimen labeling/handling, and wound management
• Ensure adherence to universal protocol (time-out), radiation/laser/fire safety, and sterile technique
• Perform timely and accurate computerized documentation in Epic and support perioperative throughput
• Participate in block scheduling, fulfill assigned on-call duties, and maintain 1:1 patient focus during cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams, anesthesiology, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain competency with specialty equipment and procedures relevant to the OR, including robotic systems and advanced instrumentation
