Job Details

• Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele RN / Travel RN)
• Location: 8th Floor Medical/Surgical Unit, Euclid, OH 44119 (Cleveland area / Northeast Ohio)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1910 - $2010
• Contract Duration: 13-week travel contract
• Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse
• Start Date: April 27, 2026
• End Date: July 27, 2026

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry clinical experience required
• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license in hand
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
• Recent Epic charting experience (within last 6 months)
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or charge RN in Med/Surg Tele specialty
• COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry for timely interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments safely and document per policy
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in orientation, competency validation, and ongoing training modules
• Work at least every other holiday as required by unit staffing
