Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 - $1,820
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
• Setting: On-site, Allied Health Unit — hospital-based radiology/imaging department
• Shift: 4x10 hour shifts (12:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.), every third weekend required
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel Rad Tech / Travel Radiology job

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Radiology Technologist experience (C-arm/OEC 9900s in OR preferred)
• BLS certification required
• X-ray Technician certification required (Radiologic Technologist / X-ray Tech credentials)
• Comfort and experience working in the Operating Room (intraoperative imaging)
• Must be willing to work every third weekend
• No local candidates within a 50 mile radius of Rockford, IL (zip code 61104)

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment including C-arms (OEC 9900s) for intraoperative imaging in the OR
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including MRI, CT, Dexa, vascular studies, and diagnostic X-ray as needed
• Ensure patient safety, radiation safety, and patient comfort during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and OR teams to deliver timely intraoperative imaging support
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and quality control logs
• Adhere to facility protocols, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements for radiology services
