Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,030 - $1,090
• Location: Las Cruces, NM 88007 (Southern New Mexico)
• Setting: Long-Term Care Facility / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Assignment Duration: 14 weeks (April 6, 2026 – July 13, 2026)
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (18:00 – 06:30)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel LPN / Travel Nursing

Job Requirements

• Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact state (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or similar setting
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced long-term care environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Experience with medication administration, resident assessments, and documentation preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care / SNF setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and follow facility medication policies
• Monitor, assess, and document resident health, changes, and care plans in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive geriatric and long-term care
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote resident safety and well-being
• Respond promptly to urgent care needs and follow infection control and facility protocols
