• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000 – $2,100
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel assignment)
• Start Date: May 4, 2026
• Shift: 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call: Minimum 1 weekday per week and 1–2 weekend days per month (Saturday or Sunday)
• Setting: Level III Trauma Referral Center with 8 ORs

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative or surgical nursing)
• Current RN Surgery certification
• Completion of required health screenings and immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Physical/Health Statement, 2-step PPD or IGRA; COVID-19 vaccine preferred)
• Successful completion of background checks and OR skills checklist
• Driver's License or State ID

Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub across a wide variety of surgical procedures and specialties as an OR nurse
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and perioperative team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict sterile technique, infection control protocols, and perioperative safety standards
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for scheduled and emergency procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, delivering compassionate, skilled perioperative care
• Participate in on-call rotation as required for this travel assignment
• Document all aspects of patient care and perioperative procedures accurately and promptly
