Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,420 - $1,500
Location: Wichita, KS (Metro Wichita — 5-county area, up to 50-mile radius)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (April 13, 2026 – July 12, 2026)
Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed (contingent on availability and visit acceptance)
Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Travel LPN / Home Health Nurse (Long-Term Care focus)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification; must be eligible to practice in Kansas
Minimum 1 year of home health nursing or long-term care experience required
Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation software
Ability and reliable transportation to cover a 50-mile radius within the Metro Wichita area
Strong communication, clinical documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate home health nursing care and long-term care support to patients across Metro Wichita
Complete assigned visits, maintain availability for scheduled shifts, and manage visit acceptance
Document patient care accurately and timely using HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
Communicate effectively with schedulers, case managers, and clinical managers
Ensure quality of care and compliance with home health standards and agency protocols
