• Shift: 12-Hour Days (06:00 - 18:30)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist (hospital or acute care preferred)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Follows medical protocols, department policies, and respiratory care standards

Responsibilities

• Provide timely diagnostic and therapeutic cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients
• Manage ventilators and provide airway management, including intubations when indicated
• Insert arterial lines and perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Deliver medicated aerosols and manage medical compressed gas therapy
• Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and other pulmonary diagnostics
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and respiratory care protocols
