• Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Respiratory Therapist
• Setting: Hospital (acute care / inpatient)
• Assignment Type: Travel
• Start Date: May 4, 2026
• End Date: July 20, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (18:00 – 06:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730 – $1,860

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
• NBRC RRT or CRT certification (current)
• Washington State Respiratory Therapist license — active and in good standing (WA)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (respiratory therapist night shift experience helpful)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills (EMR experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients following approved hospital protocols
• Manage ventilators and mechanical ventilation, perform ventilator checks and adjustments
• Maintain patient airways, assist with intubations, and support airway management
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis
• Deliver medicated aerosols, oxygen therapy, and medical compressed gas treatments
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures and respond to codes as needed
• Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
• Document all care and procedures accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
