Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Shared housing provided at no cost

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or maternity nursing experience (L&D RN, perinatal nurse preferred)
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Experience with Epic EMR and postpartum care required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns in the LDRP unit
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Collaborate with obstetrics, neonatology, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn health
• Respond promptly to emergencies and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
