• Location: Nashville, TN 37207 – Nashville healthcare, Music City living, local dining and entertainment.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel nurse assignment)
• Start Date: May 4, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – night shift ICU RN positions
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 – $1,650
• Unit: Neurovascular ICU (NVICU), 16 beds – neuro ICU, stroke and neurocritical care experience preferred
• Patient Ratios: Typically 2:1, may vary based on acuity

Qualifications (ICU RN / Travel Nurse)

• Active RN license (must meet state requirements for Tennessee)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (critical care nurse experience required)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency with ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV1000 hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Ability to float to med/surg units as needed
• Must wear navy scrubs (top and bottom)
• CCRN (Critical Care Certification) preferred but not required

Responsibilities (ICU RN / Critical Care Nurse)

• Deliver attentive, compassionate care to critically ill patients and support families through high-acuity episodes
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress using Meditech and bedside technology
• Manage ventilators and advanced life support equipment; titrate vasoactive drips and perform hemodynamic assessments
• Perform advanced procedures such as central line and arterial line care, lumbar punctures, chest tube and EVD management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and rehabilitation—to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in self-scheduling and meet minimum weekend shift requirements
• Float to other units as required to meet facility needs
