Shift: 10 Hour Nights (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM) — night shift radiology job
Setting: Main Hospital, Imaging/X-Ray Unit (343-bed hospital)
Equipment: GE Portables, GE C-Arms, Philips rooms
Location: Lenexa, KS — Johnson County, Kansas City metro
Dress Code: Black scrubs

Job Requirements

ARRT certification required (Registered Radiologic Technologist)
Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist / Rad Tech
Operating Room imaging experience preferred
Comfortable working night shift and adapting to a fast-paced hospital environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills; reliable documentation practices
Eligible for travel healthcare assignments and able to comply with facility policies

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using GE Portables, GE C-Arms, and Philips equipment
Provide imaging support for Operating Room procedures and intraoperative imaging needs
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during X-ray and fluoroscopic procedures
Maintain accurate records, imaging documentation, and PACS/image transfer procedures
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
Follow hospital protocols, radiation safety, and dress code requirements
