• Assignment Type: Travel Nurse (13-week travel assignment)
• Location: Dickson, TN 37055 — Dickson is a short drive to Nashville, TN (Tennessee nursing jobs)
• Setting: Heart Center – Cardiac Cath Lab / Interventional Cardiology
• Start Date: February 23, 2026
• End Date: May 25, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday–Friday, days to be determined)
• Call: Rotating weeknight and weekend STEMI call (1 night per week, 1 weekend per month)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 – $2,370 (Travel Cath Lab RN / travel nurse pay)

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact as applicable)
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience (cardiac cath, PCI experience)
• Interventional radiology experience preferred
• Strong skills in cardiac procedures, STEMI response, and emergency cardiac care
• Experience with GE Innova 2100, Mac Lab, and Meditech documentation systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI, TEE, loop recorder insertions, peripheral angiograms, and pacemaker/ICD placements
• Monitor and care for patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure in the cardiac cath lab
• Provide rapid emergency response during STEMI and other cardiac events
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (typically 2 RNs, 1 scrub tech, 1 MD per case)
• Document patient care using Meditech, Merge, and Mac Lab systems
• Participate in STEMI call rotation and maintain compliance with unit policies and safety protocols
