• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Caseload: 10–12 cases per day
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Charting System: Epic (electronic medical record)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echocardiographer
• Dual certification required: RDCS / RCS and RVT (CCI certification accepted)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Proven experience performing TTE and vascular studies, including LEVs, LEAs, ABIs, carotids, UEAs, UEVs, and groin duplex (pseudoaneurysm)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient cardiology setting
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• First-time travel sonographers are welcome — great opportunity for travel echocardiography jobs

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and vascular studies as ordered by cardiology providers
• Manage a daily caseload of 10–12 patients while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment; follow infection control protocols
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication with patients and families
