Travel Radiologic Technologist – Interventional NeuroRadiology in Boston, MA (02215). 13-week travel radiology job; ARRT/RT ART and BLS required. Join a leading hospital in Fenway-Kenmore.
Job Details – Travel Radiology Job
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710 - $2,920
- Location: Boston, MA 02215 (Fenway-Kenmore)
- Setting: Hospital – Interventional NeuroRadiology Unit (Interventional Radiology / IR)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
- Shift: 10-hour days; every other weekend required
- Hours per Week: 40
- Contract Guarantee: 72 hours biweekly (36 hours per week) are guaranteed. Guaranteed hours do not include on-call time worked.
- On-Site Position
- Orientation: Weekly (every Monday, barring holidays)
- Parking: Available (cost may apply)
Job Requirements – Radiologic Technologist (Interventional IR)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; Interventional Radiology/NeuroRadiology experience preferred
- Vocational or Technical training in Radiologic Technology
- Massachusetts Radiology License required (MA)
- Registration: RT ART required (ARRT/RT ART)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- ARRT Certification required
- Hands-on experience with GE and Siemens angiography equipment
- Scrub and circulator experience in interventional cases
- Extensive thrombectomy device knowledge (PE / Stroke) preferred
- Experience with angio procedures (TIPS, angioplasty, embolization) preferred
- Weekend and on-call coverage required as part of hospital radiology job responsibilities
Responsibilities – Interventional NeuroRadiology Technologist
- Perform interventional radiology procedures in the NeuroRadiology unit, supporting neuroradiology and vascular cases
- Operate and troubleshoot GE/Siemens angiography and imaging systems
- Scrub and circulate during interventional procedures, maintaining sterile technique
- Assist with thrombectomy device procedures for stroke and pulmonary embolism cases
- Support angio procedures including TIPS, angioplasty, embolization, and diagnostic angiography
- Provide exceptional patient care, patient positioning, and radiation safety compliance
- Participate in weekend rotations and on-call coverage as required for hospital radiology staffing
