Job Details — Travel Nurse / NICU RN
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 1, 2026)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 – $2,250
- Setting: 3N NICU, 226-bed non-profit community hospital (neonatal intensive care)
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Holiday Expectations: 1–2 holidays per contract
- Weekend Rotation: None
- On Call: No
- Scrub Color: Any

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 4 years total RN experience, including at least 1 year pediatric experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced facility (neonatal or pediatric critical care)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
- ARDMS (RCDS) or CCI (RCS) certification required; ARDMS (RCDS PE) preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Experience with Cannon US unit (clinic) and Philips equipment (hospital) preferred
- First-time travel nurses welcome — travel nurse, NICU RN, and neonatal RN candidates encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities — Neonatal Intensive Care
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients (ages 0–18) in the NICU
- Perform and interpret high-quality echocardiography and neonatal scans on a wide range of common echo patients
- Support the adult echo team during downtime as needed (cross-cover and float responsibilities)
- Float between hospital and outpatient clinic settings as required
- Demonstrate quick clinical judgment, strong assessment skills, and the ability to escalate or seek support when necessary
- Maintain flexibility, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach in a collaborative NICU environment
- Consistently provide compassionate, family-centered care in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care unit
