Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Silvis, IL | 13-week travel assignment. Seeking an experienced Critical Care RN with ACLS/BLS to provide ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and advanced ICU care in a supportive, state-of-the-art hospital.

Job Details – ICU RN Travel Job

• Location: Silvis, IL 61282 (Quad Cities / Rock Island County, Illinois)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Critical Care / Adult ICU
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), every weekend
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 – $2,150
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse, On-Site

ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Active RN license with ICU specialty (state licensure required for Illinois travel nursing jobs)
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required (Critical Care RN experience preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and critical care medications
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including every weekend
• Completion of all onboarding health and competency requirements (drug screen, immunizations, background check)

ICU RN Responsibilities – Critical Care Duties

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, hemodynamics, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement critical care plans
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, titrate drips, and perform advanced clinical procedures as needed
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support during critical care episodes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized ICU environment in compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards
