Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), no weekends

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of previous RN experience (required)
Active Iowa RN license (required)
Previous completion of at least one travel contract (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License and current contactable work history/resume
Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
License verification and copy of required certifications
One supervisory reference
Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (travel nurse requirement)

Responsibilities

Provide specialized wound care assessment, treatment, and education as part of an interdisciplinary team
Apply clinical wound care skills to manage complex wounds and optimize patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR (experience with EPIC preferred)
May float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain clinical competencies
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
