Travel Radiologic Technologist (Interventional Radiology) – 13-week contract in Dallas, TX (75203). ARRT-certified IR Techs with Epic, PACS, and Siemens experience are encouraged to apply. Job Details
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600 – $2,790
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 27, 2026)
- Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (07:00 – 17:30)
- Setting: Hospital – Interventional Radiology Unit (IR, IR suite)
- Location: Dallas, TX 75203 — Dallas healthcare / Texas radiology jobs
- On-site Position
- Weekend, Call, and Holiday Coverage: Required as needed
Required Qualifications – Radiologic Technologist / IR Tech
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
- Active ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist – Interventional Radiology preferred)
- BLS certification (AHA preferred; military acceptable)
- Texas Radiology License in hand
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system
- Proficient with PACS and Siemens imaging equipment
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Trauma Level I or II experience preferred (hospital radiology experience a plus)
Key Responsibilities – Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures: embolization, endovascular interventions, stent placement, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, TIPS, diagnostic and therapeutic angiography
- Prepare, operate, and maintain imaging equipment (Siemens, PACS) and interventional tools
- Assist physicians in vascular access and management of central venous lines, ports, and PICC lines
- Follow isolation precautions, aseptic technique, and PPE protocols in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Document procedures and patient care in Epic; complete required modules and orientation (average 8–12 hours, recorded in Healthstream)
- Provide competent care to adult and geriatric patients during procedures and peri-procedural monitoring
- Participate in weekend, call, and holiday coverage as needed (team-oriented schedule flexibility)
