• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 – $1,820 (competitive travel OT pay)
• Location: Outpatient Rehab Clinic, Johnstown, PA 15905 — outpatient occupational therapy job in Pennsylvania
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (travel assignment)
• Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (Clinic hours: Mon–Thurs 7:00am–4:00pm, Fri 7:00am–1:00pm; schedule may be flexible)
• Hours per Week: 40

Job Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania (PA OT license)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist; outpatient experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT, SLP, nursing)
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is a plus (EPIC experience preferred)
• Business casual attire or scrubs (no specific color required)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult and/or pediatric patients in an outpatient rehab setting (outpatient occupational therapy)
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans and home programs to maximize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR or clinic documentation systems
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary care
• Float to other units or outpatient clinics as needed to support overall rehab services
