Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,310 - $2,430 (competitive travel nurse pay)
• Location: Methuen, MA (Zip: 01844) – Merrimack Valley, near Boston and the New Hampshire border
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 28, 2026 – July 25, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse assignment
• May Float: Potential to float to Haverhill location

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent Emergency Room RN experience (ER nursing, triage, rapid assessment)
• Active and permanent Massachusetts RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced emergency department
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department (ED) and across triage levels
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity; perform rapid assessments
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, including critical care support
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record
• Provide patient and family education, emotional support, and discharge teaching
• Float to other units or nearby locations (e.g., Haverhill) as needed for coverage
